About this course
The Trainer Training Programme prepares experienced professionals to become effective, credible trainers. It covers adult learning principles, curriculum and module design, facilitation technique, assessment design, and the professional conduct expected of an accredited trainer.
Participants build and deliver a complete training module, are assessed on delivery and design, and leave with a portfolio ready for accreditation.
